I’d like to try some team building exercises which we could use ‘ back at base’.

I’d like another session similar to today’s, ie people describing what they are doing at the sharp end.

Brainstorming where people are given the opportunity to share a practical experience of a good example or bad example of when the Deming philosophy has been used.
